CurrentMy role is to input certain members of the company into the database in order to have them be enrolled for an insurance coverage. I am also responsible for making updates to the members' information such as whether their coverage has been terminated, if it has been reinstated after coming back from a leave of absence or a family leave, and I make sure to either upgrade or downgrade their coverage (e.g. To upgrade, you can add other people or immediate family members to the coverage. To downgrade, you can receive a single coverage or you can grant permission to take one of the people who share the coverage off of the insurance coverage plan).
