Responsible for providing comprehensive travel services to overseas tour operators, including travel consulting, quoting itineraries, making bookings and coordinating with our offices in Indochina, Myanmar, Indonesia and India. In some cases, this position may also involve contracting.

Assisting foreign clients with their needs regarding in-store shopping. Providing product information / details as well as promotions available. Sometimes get involve in shipping process.

* Meet and exceed sales goals* Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.)* Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the UNIQLO service standard, following the UNIQLO Fundamental Principles and saying the 6 standard phrases.* Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed* Act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol* Process shipment and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run* Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store* Provide product and brand knowledge to customers* Follow all company policy and procedures & notify management of any infractions* Assist with special projects as assigned by management

Responsible of the sales of the jewelry and watches madeof semi precious stones, diamonds with gold or silver at theassigned location. Deals with supervisors of the resort orthe company to potential customers on daily basis. Advisecustomers on quality, cuts or value of the jewelry. Makingreports to the head quarter in India.

Providing administrative support to the Japanese sales,check the current rental fee and promotion of apartmentsthen make an appointment, do the room check and showthe room when needed. Making sure all the requests fromthe moving-in or re-contract customers are done before themove-in date. Also do the follow up after the customersmove out.

Providing support to the customers, giving opinions,information and suggestion about books under responsiblesections. Including responsible for re-ordering books to thestore as selection of books in store is up to shelves’ ownerdecision.
