Supervise all aspects of Roxbury Youth Programs, an out-of-school-time community engagement and youth development program that introduces leadership, critical thinking, and multimedia skills through a lens of Roxbury-centered activism and history. Develop RYP curriculum and programming which includes youth leadership and community engagement activities, visiting artist workshops, tutoring, alumni engagement, and a scholarship process. Lead the program development and delivery to 50 young people each year with the support of a part-time youth program coordinator and seasonal teaching artists.

This interim role included programmatic support and consultation services to the Executive Director while the Community Art Center transitioned into hiring a full-time Teen Public Art Manager. Developed program curriculum, vision, and a strategic plan to serve 12-16 young people per semester in developing leadership, social justice skills, and creative skill building through a lens of public art in Cambridge. Hired and supervised teaching artists to lead the completion of two large-scale public art murals designed by youth artists. Met regularly with the ED to make recommendations on the future success and development of the program.

Cofounder of ANGRY ASIAN GIRLS, a Boston-based organization dedicated to the sustainable empowerment of Asian American and Pacific Islander young people. Co-led a small team of individuals passionate about social change and creating more visibility and avenues for sustainable community building in Boston. Initiated and maintained partnerships with organizations with a goal of working towards greater racial equity and access for BIPOC artists and educators. Organized events, workshops, and partnerships with Museum of Fine Arts Boston, University of Massachusetts Amherst, New York University, PRX Podcast Garage, Asian Women for Health, and the Institute of Contemporary Art Boston.

Teaching artist and coordinator responsible for the planning, development, and operation of the Castle Square Teen Program. Facilitate daily media- and art- making workshops through a lens of social change. Implement Positive Youth Development programming and supports. Recruit and retain program participants and maintain partnerships for the ongoing benefit of the program.

Asian American Millennials Unite is a nonprofit organization and online platform whose primary mission is to motivate more Asian American Millennials across the U.S. to vote in the upcoming Presidential election.

The Asian-American Women's Political Initiative works to provide Asian-American women in Massachusetts with equal opportunity and representation. The fellowship included a part-time internship with Senator Linda Dorcena Forry at the Massachusetts State House in Boston, paired with bi-weekly interactive trainings and issue briefings led by recognized civic leaders. The six-month program focused on policymaking and community issues that affect Asian-American women in Massachusetts.

•Spearheaded the organization’s precedent Haitian Youth Ambassador Program, working with a team in New York to manage a $250,000 grant from the U.S. Dept. of State. The program fostered leadership skills of 17 Haitian high school students and 12 New York-based youth. •Supported two grant applications to Grand Circle Foundation and CollegeWorks. Worked directly with program sponsors, including Jericho Road Project, Center to Support Immigrant Organizing, Boston Mothers Care, Accenture, and Posse Foundation Awards.•Facilitated weekly workshops on SAT preparations and writing the college essay for Boston youth program.•Conducted Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analyses, tracked data in Salesforce, and edited HTML code on GP website.•Organized and facilitated Annual GP Boston Leadership Conference attended by 80 people across the nonprofit, education sectors.
