Provided program support and oversight in the development, implementation, and evaluation of culturally and linguistically responsive, trauma informed clinical and case management services to best meet the needs of immigrant and refugee youth and families who have been impacted by war, forced migration, resettlement, family separation, and/or torture.This included:- Applying management and organizational skills to support the implementation of the program- Coordinating, monitoring, evaluation, and research activities, including the selection of assessment tools, creation of research and data collection protocols, designing program databases, and writing IRB proposals- Coordinating referrals from partner organizations such as refugee resettlement organizations, health centers, and immigration law firms- Assisting in the development of project proposals and grant applications and maintenance and reporting for existing funding- Representing KCCTP in relevant conferences, meetings, and working groups
