• Developed a program using C/C++ that initializes one server that allows for multiple clients to connect using socket communications. Implemented login system with password encryption for increased security. This program increased the consistency of nonblocking socket communication between multiple clients. • Solved a problem involving the POS and wireless pin pad in which auto gratuity was calculated incorrectly for payments leading to the inconsistent closing of checks, despite being paid in full. By adjusting the formula used, implemented a solution that ensured that card/cash payments on checks remained consistent for customers. Boosting client satisfaction and improving company's reliability. • Built a Database Management System as part of a larger team project consisting of Junior and Senior Software Developers to store partial payments made on a check. Worked closely with one Junior Software Developer, developed DBMS using SQL to store the partial payment data to be accessed by team members' contributions for further calculations.
