Responsible for CX Technology (MarTech) platforms, Analytics & Insights and Experimentation for Coles Digital and broader Group.Highlights:- Led and managed a team of over 25 skilled professionals, consisting of digital analysts, experimentation experts, MarTech SMEs, and campaign orchestrators.- Designed, owned, and delivered Coles' first Customer Data Platform initiative, collaborating with world-leading technology and implementation partners.- Collaborated with world-leading technology partners to lead the implementation and ongoing use and distribution of Real-Time Voice of Customer measurement and behavioural signals for Coles Online.- Successfully transformed an experimentation team into a leading squad, driving Coles eCommerce personalisation strategy and execution, while also leading and supporting engineering and data science teams.- Strategically planned and executed a new digital data collection framework, in support of developing a new unified customer-facing App and Website for Coles.
