I am currently engaged in multiple national and international projects at KOSGEB, which offers state support to small and medium-sized enterprises. Additionally, I serve as an Advisor to the Presidency, conducting research on the development of SMEs and entrepreneurship. Furthermore, I hold the position of Corporate Communication Director. The international organizations partnering with KOSGEB in the projects I am involved in include the World Bank, KFW, UNDP, EU, JICA, and EBRD. We produce entrepreneurship, grant, and financing projects for disadvantaged groups in collaboration with these organizations.

As a founding member of our university's career centre, I was responsible for organizing various career events, including fairs, trainings, and consultancy services.
