As a Senior Technician at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Operations Coordination Center Asset of FDA, I actively monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure of the agency, using tools such as SolarWinds, Executive Monitor, and CMD. I prioritize and triage high-priority tickets, proactively engage in reported outages, and communicate with Watch Officers and Management on any issues. I also patch cables according to user requests and have obtained public trust clearance. I graduated from Bowie State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems in May 2020, and I am currently studying for the CompTIA Security+ exam to advance my career in cybersecurity. I have previous experience as a NOC Engineer at Red River, where I monitored and responded to critical server and circuit alerts, created and resolved tickets, performed patching and maintenance, and solved issues for clients such as The Wills Group, City of Coppell, and Grunley Construction.
