About Tariq Ahmed
It's an exciting time to be in technology space.However to achieve great things you need great teams. Finding the right talent, developing people, and surgically evolving teams towards a vision of future state is what I'm most passionate about. If you can achieve this, you can achieve anything. Most view an organization as a traditional org chart, I view it more like a picture puzzle, and every leader, manager, and individual contributor is a very unique piece that makes up the overall picture.My second great passion is creating great user experiences. We all have technology that we can't live without, technology so deeply integrated with our day to day flow, that it's seamless. When you can delight customers with this kind of experience, it's incredibly rewarding. Achieving this is a perpetual pursuit, really understanding people, the problems they're faced with, and identifying the innovative opportunities to solve them.
