I am a highly experienced A&R Executive Musical Director, Educator, Producer and Composer living in Santa Barbara, California. I have a strong passion for education and mentorship and endeavor to uplift my community through program development and event coordination.A Santa Barbara native, I have been working in the music industry for 27 years. I have acted as Music Director for artists ranging from Josh Groban and Nick Lachey to Anastacia, Christina Aguilera and Weezer. As a touring and studio musician, I have worked with pop icons like Jennifer Lopez and the Backstreet Boys, country artists like Leann Womack and Leanne Rimes, jazz lumineries like George Duke and Tom Scott and legends like Barbara Streisand, Stevie Wonder and Whitney Houston. From 2007 to 2012 I led the Guitar Department at the Los Angeles College of Music (LACM). At LACM, I oversaw curriculum development (authoring 10 Books including their pedagogical system String Theory) and managed personnel while fulfilling my administrative duties.
