• Confer with coworkers and communicate with customers in order to answer inquiries, resolve account problems and discuss market fluctuations.• Schedule and organize security certificates transfer and delivery between departments, companies, and customers.• Keep record and document security transactions including sales, purchases, redemptions, conversions, and payments, using accounting ledgers, computers, and certificate records.• According to the stockholders transaction request prepare forms, such as withdrawal orders, receipts, transfer confirmations, and transmittal papers.• Computer fluctuations by monitoring daily stock prices to find out the need for additional collateral to secure loans.• Able to file, type, and operate standard office machines.• Calculate total dividends, holdings, interest, brokerage fees, transfer taxes, and commissions, and distribute appropriate payments to customers.• Summarize daily transactions and earnings of every customer accounts and prepare report.
