Incubated under the Founders Adda Program of AdvantEdgeWe co-founded Prodios, to connect different stakeholders of the development ecosystem, namely, NGOs, CSRs, Government, activists, and individuals. Over a short span of 7 months, we developed a beta platform where these stakeholders can connect and interact with each other. Within a span of 2 months of beta launching, we were able to reach a user base, 2k+ users.Responsibilities and Accomplishments:- Responsible for the complete non-tech part of the business, taking care of the strategy, marketing, business development, finance, investment and human resource. - Designed and executed an online marketing campaign and a writing competition to attract initial users who are inclined to the causes. This campaign was able to reach 10k+ people in different part of the country, receiving 1500+ entries over a period of 3 weeks.- On boarded NGOs and CSRs on the platform and helped them in creating their profile.- Designed the business plan and pitched in-front of multiple early stage VCs, angel investors, and accelerators.

Part of the India Team, taking care of the HealthTech, Healthcare, EdTech, and Educations feeds in India.Responsibilities and Accomplishments:- Independently took care of the Health and Education sector in India consisting of four feeds, namely EdTech, HealthTech, Education, and Healthcare.- Built insights and published multiple reports including sector analysis, emerging trends, and interesting startups.- Closely worked with the global healthcare and education team to identify whitespaces and identify companies for editor's rating and interesting startups.- Worked with Tracxn Labs (the in-house early-stage investment fund of Tracxn) on the investment analysis of multiple education and healthcare startups.

Part of the India Team, taking care of the HealthTech, EdTech, Consumer Internet and Offline Retail Feeds.Responsibilities and Accomplishments:- Responsible for tracking and analyzing startups and high growth companies in the HealthTech, EdTech and Consumer Internet Space.- Set up a feed for the Offline Retail sector, where I tracked and curated companies based on their business model and created a comprehensive market map.- Provided VC/Investors a Bird's Eye view of different sectors of their interest and helped them in understanding the startup ecosystem in India.- Worked with VCs/Investors on their investment thesis by providing insights on the emerging business models and deep-dive analysis of startups of their interest. - Led the Analyst Hiring Team, where I managed a team of 10+ interviewer which processed 1000+ applicants and recruited 60+ analysts in various roles.

Rourkela

Team Roadrunner is a student led Formula SAE team of NIT, Rourkela. Its mission is to design and fabricate one of the most well engineered Formula Student car and be competent enough in the motorsports platform in India and abroad.It participates in various formula SAE events. Since its inception in 2009, it has participated in 5 National level Formula SAE events and fabricated and raced 4 open cockpit formula style racing car. As the Vice caption of Team Roadrunner in its 4th Season, I was responsible for the overall management of the team. I led the Marketing, Sponsorship and Procurement group. We contacted various companies and secured sponsorships for the team. We also procured various parts according to the design specification from India as well as abroad. Apart from this I also represented the Team in the SUPRA SAE - 2014 in Business Presentation and Cost Analysis Event.

Canyon provides end to end solution in Solar, Small Hydro, Biomass and other RE fields on turnkey basis, starting from Pre-feasibility study, selection of EPC contractor, land acquisition, PPA with state utility, connectivity permission from STUs etc.As an Intern I worked on the prospects of various solar thermal application and Energy Storage systems in Indian Market. I was also part of a team to setup 1st Model Solar Village of Orissa.

Rourkela

Entrepreneurship Cell at NIT Rourkela is an endeavor of the institute through the student body to encourage "innovation, incubation and entrepreneurship”. This cell is aimed at developing entrepreneurial traits among the students; help budding entrepreneurs achieve their goals. It also engages students in real life projects which could be beneficial to both individual and society. As a secretary to the cell I was responsible for the overall functioning of the club. I initiated the 1st National Entrepreneurship Summit (NES), which aimed at bridging the gap between students mind and his dream to become an entrepreneur. NES is a platform for learning & interaction of students, entrepreneurs, faculties, industry leaders etc. from across the World. It is a mix of Key Note Speakers, Guest Lectures, Events, Workshops, Video Conference, Start-Up Camp, Panel Discussion and Round Table Conference.

Rourkela

AASRA is student run social service organisation of National Institute of Technology, Rourkela with an aim of bringing harmony in the society by encouraging and educating the underprivileged children. It works in three leprosy colonies and two slums in rourkela. It helps the children in these places in there studies and also provides financial help to talented students to pursue their studies. As the treasures of AASRA, I was responsible for the entire financial management of the club. It involved raising funds for the Club, keeping track of day to day expenditure, preparing the annual budget and addressing donor queries. Apart from this as a regular member of the club I taught kids in sector 5 slums twice a week.
