-- Human Resources Responsibilities --1- Conduct personal interviews and select the best-fit candidates for the work environment.2- Apply work-related policies and ensure adherence to them.3- Monitor branch operations and comply with work regulations.4- Communicate effectively with other department managers.5- Conduct administrative investigations with employees.6- Monitor cultural and social activities for employees.7- Develop and evaluate the administrative system, organizational structure, and salary structure of the company.8- Apply and continuously develop and update HR procedures and policies.9- Prepare salaries, wages, and employee entitlements Monthly.10- Monthly monitoring and implementation of employee performance evaluation (KPI).11- Handle labor offices, insurance, governmental, and non-governmental entities.12- Prepare necessary reports and present them to the direct manager with recommendations based on my insights.-- Personnel Responsibilities --13- Maintain all employee-related documents in their confidential files and oversee employee-related procedures.14- Monitor employee leaves.15- Monitor the annual contract renewals for employees.16- Manage employee advances.17- Review legal status of employees in categories S1, S2, and S6.
