    Within 3 months of starting the role, I became the Lead Superintendent for Keller's role in the Westridge Marine Terminals ground improvement project, a $70M venture. Owned by Trans Mountain and administered by KLTP, the project consisted of managing a total of about 60 crew members over both day and night shift performing the following activities:- jet grouting (3 rigs total including pumps and batch plants)- pre-drilling / obstruction drilling (1 coring, 1 DTH Hammer, and 1 sonic drill rig)- vibratory densification / stone columns (1 crane + vibratory probe)Responsibilities include:- Safety: ensure work is carried out in accordance to project specific SWP's and the OH&S plan on a project with an extremely high safety standard- Manpower management: scheduling, mentoring, and leading a 60-member crew over both day and night shift- Resource management: inventory, procurement, and receiving of materials, parts, and consumables to ensure project does not experience any downtime to production- Subcontractor management: ensuring subcontractors are scheduled appropriately, perform to expected quality, and adhere to the project specific safety standards- Develop and drive construction schedule, including KPI tracking and 3-week lookahead schedule- Collaborate daily with Project Management, Field Engineers, and Safety Team- Maintain good housekeeping practice both on site as well as with all project records, hard copy and digital

Perform quality control and assurance, including video inspections. Ensure all changes to design are technically sound, issue site instructions.
