▪ Lead MDG-Materials operations for a 15 members strong team (inclusive ofdaily MDG Change Requests status call & keep track of open and pending tasks)▪ Maintaining master data in SAP system (using MDG workflows & MM01 &Winshuttle)▪ Onboarding users on SAP-MDG new processes/workflows (includes materialmaster data creation & extension processes training & education)▪ Monitoring and follow-up of the master data process and communication withother departments (e.g. Engineering, Plant & Logistics) to accelerate the process▪ Monitoring MDG global MM change request inbox, ensuring CRs are not stuckdue to any technical or business workflow issues▪ Support global master data mass load program (mass material creation,extension and change of MRP attributes using MDG mass workflows, MM17 &CLMM)▪ Communication with countries in case of errors, missing data or delays inprocess▪ Prepare comprehensive MRP reportages (includes data from tables like MARA,MARC, MBEW, MVKE, AUSP etc.) for MM Planners & Material Managers acrossbusiness (operations and manufacturing plants)

▪ Provision of effective Incident Management, working closely with resolvergroups to undertake effective Problem Management▪ Identifying opportunities for optimizing system performance and providesuggestions for development▪ Maintain working knowledge of the latest company technology to providesupport▪ Maintaining information on incidents reported and provide managementinformation as requested▪ Initiating and facilitating the following ITIL processes: Incident Management,Request Fulfillment, Access Management, Problem Management, andKnowledge Management▪ Prioritizing workload, and escalating high priority calls to the Service DeskManager, Incident Manager or Service Operations Manager as necessary▪ Work with Service Management Excellence to identify and develop automatedreports▪ Responsible for answering telephone calls in a polite and timely manner whilstachieving agreed call wait levels. To ensure all calls are logged accurately andcategorized correctly with all relevant information being recorded▪ Ensuring that all emails are logged correctly and in a timely manner and that allinformation is accurately collated to enable the Service Desk or other teams toeasily assess the requirements and respond to customers and the businesswithin the agreed service level targets▪ Ensuring that Operational Level Agreement and Service Level Agreement levelsare adhered to at all times▪ Understand and undertake the roles and responsibilities outlined in the Incidentmanagement process to the highest standard▪ Striving to attain the highest possible first-time service resolution rate forcustomers▪ Actively promoting the Service Desk team to adhere to good practice and ITILprocess wherever necessary▪ Liaising with other members of the Service Desk in relation to Incidents andService Requests and to maintain strong general communication lines
