After three and a half years in estate agency, helping clients transition into new chapters of their lives, I decided to pursue further personal and professional growth. My journey involved assisting diverse clients — from young couples buying their first home to grieving families selling loved ones' properties to. Each unique situation required tailored strategies, strong emotional intelligence, and effective communication skills.At 21, I managed a branch before being headhunted by market leaders, where I broke the company's record for most mortgage handovers in a calender month. While I thrived in this role, I yearned for greater fulfilment, which led me to further my studies in Brighton.I am graduating this summer with a degree in business management and marketing. My dissertation focused on consumer-brand perceptions and their impact on brand loyalty among Generation Z sportswear consumers. University life honed my strategic thinking market research, competitor analysis, and ability to generate data-driven recommendations. I also gained valuable experience through a client-based project with a local chamber of commerce, reviewing their current position with the aim of repositioning them to achieve their set goals, while mentoring younger students enriched my academic journey.With over three years of professional experience and a robust educational foundation, I am eager to bring my fresh perspective, strong work ethic, and relationship-building skills to a dynamic brand.
