Working for the largest independent lift safety manufacturer in Europe, my main task has been to strengthen the SafeLine brand in northern Europe supporting our European offices with marketing and communication activities. Initially, in 2018, I had to set a structure and implement routines to secure our communication consistency and quality as well as serving our European offices as a marketing department/inhouse agency. To mention a few initiatives, I have created and implemented a new brand concept platform, a communication strategy with content marketing and storytelling as a new standard, digital marketing activities (newsletters, SoMe and video internal communication), as well as Strategic Internal Communication to build the internal brand even stronger. This by conducting internal workshops to build an Employer Branding strategy to nurture SafeLine’s ambassadors – primarily the existing staff, but also to attract future employees.
