I act in the role of customer advocate facilitating the creation of distinctive value for my clients and their customers. Employees play a crucial role in this value creation and I also help them to create more value for the customers through deeper customer understanding. Customer happiness and retention present a paramount challenge for businesses striving to maintain a competitive edge.
