My mission is to support our clients on an exciting journey to become more customer-oriented and grow their business based on a deeper customer understanding, segmentation, and improved digital and physical customer experience.I have extensive experience in developing and managing customer relationships, customer insight, and customer data across various industries and markets. I have successfully planned, tested, and introduced various CRM and campaign management systems and software. In both cases I was responsible for the B2B marketing with only a few colleagues. When Sonera was born the customer research showed that the new name was very well-known only a few days later. Years 2001 and 2002 I was most of the time in charge of the municipality and general government marketing. I was also in charge of eSonera Customer Directory Content Group as a project manager.
