I worked at BTK, Turkey's communication authority, on GSM base station coverage, quality, EMR, SRM measurements, frequency analysis, interference analysis, detection and solution techniques (positioning of RF signals), as well as network management, hardware and software support. I worked with military and law enforcement units on interference and signal source locating (DF-Homing) issues in HF/FM/VHF/UHF/SHF frequency bands. I also worked with the military on satellite interference research. I received certificates of thanks and appreciation. In secondary education, I gave free courses on spectrum analyzer, cryptology, RF signal monitoring, legal hacking, safe internet use, cryptocurrency mining and cryptology. I also developed Turkey's first Identity Law and e-government system software in 2001.
