Working in close collaboration with the Customer Service Team, I address branch complaints promptly and handle training issues to align with company objectives, ensuring a seamless rental journey for customers.My duties extend to strategic partnerships with major players in the industry, such as Expedia and Priceline. By closely collaborating with these partners, I contribute to the growth of the business. Additionally, I focus on key dates and tailor promotions to align with customer travel behavior, aiming to accelerate business and enhance customer satisfaction.
