There are two ways to meet the future. First way is to be passive and wait what tomorrow brings. Second, my recommended way is proactively design the future you like. It sounds provocative but it is not impossible. First, you need a vision that really inspires you. Then you need strategy, i.e. most suitable path to desired future and a plan how to allocate your resources. On your journey, you need to show operational excellence, otherwise lack of resources will distract or even cancel the journey. Simple steps but not many achieve world-class results.My mission is to fight against mediocrity and supply clients with tools and competences that help them excel.
