Currently, I sit as the HR Business Partner for NPL in Glendale, AZ. Took on the HRBP role after a 26 year military career. During my time in the military I was fortunate enough to develop many skills such as leadership, problem solving, workforce development and strategic planning while also working alongside a team on projects such as succession planning, development tools, and training programs. Some of my other skills include using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and employee management/relations. When not on the job I love sports, outdoor activities, working out, and riding my motorcycle. My long term goal in life is to ensure my retirement plans stay on track while my short term goal is to build on my HR certifications.
