I have 25 years experience in fashion, starting in retail I worked my way up to managing a Esprit concept store in David Jones Adelaide City.Customer service has always been a strong focus to me. Once I moved to Sydney I worked for Stuart Membrey in Bay Street Double Bay, until which time I got head hunted by a family operated business also located on Bay Street, called Balagan, where my diverse role included store manager, buyer and event assistant. From here I went to Scanlan & Theodore Chatswood as store manager and where I worked with one of my most influential mentors, Sener.After a few years as retail manager, the opportunity came to work with the Coleman’s at Empire Homewares where my career as a GM commenced.Since then I have worked for Alice McCall as general manager and Little Hero as strategic business consultant.Over the years I have also assisted as a bookkeeper and systems operator and consulted my services to Kirrily Johnston, Cohen et Sabine, Shakuhachi and Vale Denim.I have been involved in assisting and hosting many MBFWA fashion shows such as Alice McCall, Kirrily Johnston, Client Liaison off schedule at the overseas passenger terminal, Romance was Born at the National Art Gallery, Vale at the Carriageworks.I have executed the styling for events such as Ella Bache with Littke Hero - A Midsummer Nights Dream at the Paddington Town Hall.I am passionate about teams.The people make the business.Reward your staff and they will stay a long time making your business more efficient and stable.
