This project involved secondary and primary research with leading CVBs in the region and analyzing findings to provide specific recommendations to DMAI. Presented findings to the International Board at the Annual meeting.Coached, mentored and groomed junior team members in the team and effectively created a succession plan within the team prior to move to Dubai.

I worked there as an Account Manager working in the fund raising department responsible for generating funds by working with Corporate organisations.
