Being an adaptable, well organized person, I have approached every position I have held, as opportunities to advance my career and gain personal discovery. After returning to studies in 2017, I successfully completed my Cert III in Business Administration and Cert III in Business (you’re never too old to learn, Right?) so together with my new found achievements and over 14 years combined experience, within a range of various industries, which contained customer service, sales and administrative/office type roles, I can work effectively and to the highest possible standards, whilst focusing on the task at hand. I am proficient at working in a team, but also work well independently. In my previous role, as a sales service representative, I was responsible as a sales team member to interact daily with our cliental as well as provide administrative support the business development managers and assist other departments if needed. Being successful in this role required a wide range of product knowledge, organizational skills, accuracy, knowledge of procedures and policies; composing, quoting, editing, and proofreading correspondence, preparing a range of administrative documents, and responding to general client inquiries. To be successful in this role, I had to be exceptionally organised and demonstrate strong communication skills. In my next role, I will continue to bring my can do spirit, take on new challenges, sharpen my organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills along with any additional challenges or requirements given to me.
