I am fully qualified in NEBOSH General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely. I am also qualified in AAT – Association of Accounting Technicians.Currently I work for Tribal as the Office Supervisor 25 hours per week. This role includes all Facilities management for all locations in the UK & Globally. I also lead the H&S for all UK & International office’s within Tribal (over 900 employees).Within my role, I lead the Mental health Fist Aiders, including the Governance, reporting and training for all MHFA, globally.My role also included coordinating all the ESG targets, collecting data and reporting on the targets incorporating all new initiative's.I have also implemented and audited ISO27001 and ISO9001 throughout the organisationI have experience in all supplier management functions, including Supplier Code of Conduct, right through to ensuring we support all Modern Day Slavery strategies within our supply chain.I have over 20 years experience in management and strategic roles relating to Business Support, health & safety, facilities management and finance. This includes managing, monitoring and supporting the planning of the finance and grant funding (£15million pa both revenue and capital) in line with the terms and conditions of the funding.
