1. Manage and control the strategic of CCAI Procurement due to finding competitive price overall2. Selecting the supplier through the bidding process, approach potential supplier as back-up plan3. Negotiate about the price and comparing to the market analysis, going out to the market to seek new opportunities, new suppliers, new alternative, etc. 4. Identify potential saving by doing improvement, reduction of material without any impact to the quality in overall5. Manage and ensure the supply continuity from vendor to all CCBI plant6. Manage quarterly reviews with key stakeholders and key suppliers7. Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity8. Prepare, monitor, control the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business Plan, 9. Negotiate and deal with supplier and monitor supplier’s performance, collaborate and find out any solutions for any cases10.Ensure all suppliers are follow any compliances regarding The Coca Cola Company regulation and standard11. Prepare and follow up documentation for approval of supplier selection and tender12. Work closely with Legal in contract preparation by considering Government Regulation13. Report bottom-line saving as assigned on monthly basis

1. Follow any roles in general provisions of procurement policy and ensure every purchasing subject to role and objectives of CCAI Procurement, maintain and monitor cost saving project2. Prepare bidding process, doing selection with considering the Procurement Strategic base, negotiate with the supplier3. Coordinate with Material Team, NPD Team and related department to provide the data that would be as basic development of purchasing process to all vendors4. Build matrix supply in each plants of CCBI and monitoring all of Purchase Order shall follow the matrix supply has been determined by Procurement through bidding process5. Prepare contract management, starting contract drafting, contract review and approval with related department and maintain contract database in share point6. Coordinate with the vendor during final agreement preparation that every clause in the agreement communicate critical points that need to be considered by both parties in the supply

1. Monitor & analyze the Inventory planning for Crown, Closure, Plastic Bag and Paper Roll stock availability in all unit operation at optimal stock level by considering lead time order overall, inventory level and production changes and any risks2. Analyze the material stock for each plant in unit operation to ensure the Stock Availability/Inventory Days Coverage 3. Analyze the Material Planning (rolling 13 weeks) from legacy system that will be generated as soon as the MPS is finalized4. Monitor the Cycle Count and/or Stock Count process in each Plant to ensure stock accuracy of packaging material. 5. Conduct weekly review on Material Planning (rolling 13 weeks) in order to confirm & communicate material planning with Operation Planner to get the final requirement6. Do the monitoring process of order fulfillment for all packaging material to measure supplier compliance with the criteria of delivering on time, in quality and quantity specification7. Produce Stock Availability trend report8. Produce reports packaging material needs of direct inputs to production in the short, medium and long term by considering different scenarios demand
