As Education Lead, I lead a team that accomplishes the following:- Develops high quality, engaging content (tutorials, blogs, video, etc.) for both technical and non-technical audiences.- Plans and conduct onboarding and training for new customers, as well as ongoing support throughout the customer lifecycle- Quickly addresses issues by collaboratively working with internal product teams to ensure swift resolution- Maintain Losant's technical documentation - Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers to serve as a trusted technical advisor, dedicated to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction- Conducts ongoing meetings to discuss best practices, communicate new feature releases, develop plans for expanding platform usage, and provide use case examples for further leveraging product functionality- Builds education tools that help customers learn about Losant and IoT

As Director of Technology, my role includes:►Discover and create ways the StreamSpot platform can innovate the streaming industry. ►Identify and resolve issues with code in production based on problems discovered by support staff, quality assurance or customer feedback►Product and Release Management►Consistently monitor and implement industry trends pertaining to production code-base to ensure best performance and security

After Modulus was acquired, we significantly expanded our sales team and I was promoted to the role of Lead Sales Engineer. Today, my role includes:► Conducting demonstrations for Enterprise and mid-market clients to explain the benefits of Modulus EC in the world of Docker, Node.js and MongoDB.► Helping to hire the Business Development Rep team.► Conducting internal Modulus training.► Building Node.js POC for internal and external use. ► Installation of Modulus EC in both Cloud and On-Premises environments.'► Architect Enterprise Docker solutions

Modulus was acquired by Progress Software the weekend I graduated from Xavier University. I immediately joined the team full time the following Wednesday. During this brief period I focused on developing and improving the API to allow developers using Modulus to better manage the storage behind their projects. This effort required me to do conduct extensive Unit Testing in a production environment.

While I was in my last year at Xavier University, I met Charlie Key at the Node.js Meet-Up here in Cincinnati, OH. He later invited me to join to the Modulus team to help them develop and deliver new web projects using Node.js. I also created the Ghost-buster Node.js module which enabled Modulus to integrate with the popular Ghost blogging platform.
