I was hired by GBGA, Brazilian branch of a Swiss holding company, controlling 2 hospitals in SantaCatarina - Brazil, as an In-house Entrepreneur to help Swiss and European Startups whose productswere a good fit for the Brazilian market, specially in health and biotech. I analyzed over 20 startupsand draw plans for a few before political-economical situation in Brazil became unattractive.I then volunteered to develop an internal mobile app for multiuser interdisciplinary ICU roundingneeded by hospitals. This app uses a groundbreaking syncing solution I fully created and developed,based on my multiplayer game experience and Apple’s SwiftUI and Combine. Youcan see the tech demo running on Apple TV on my site too.At GBGA I was also in charge of IT services / infrastructure as well as business modeling andcoaching. In this capacity, I recently ddi a comprehensive physical and financial simulation in Numbers,for the planned expansion to the USA of C-Pack — the plastic packaging company held in Brazil by asister holding company. The simulation offers scenario analysis for different locations in the USA andsales curves / mixes. It covers pulled operations for all cost centers of the new plant, including resources and investment sizing, to generate full P&L and cashflow financial reports for each chosenscenario.
