While ensuring the policies and procedures were adhered to, I managed and overhauled vault operations including event day operation and scheduling.What I have accomplished:- Reduced uncollected AR 99% through creating and implementing Catering Contract Tracking System ensuring contracts were invoiced efficiently, improving turnaround time and billing accuracy.- Designed new Purchase Order (PO) form and created a PO SOP utilized across food and beverage department to monitor and track spending, ensuring invoices from vendors were received and accurately logged. - Conceptualized and implemented Petty Cash Usage Report to appropriately assign expenses for tracking.
