Ensure product consistency and quality.-Work closely with regional commissary teams to provide support including designing new recipes according to site-specific ingredient availability and facility conditions-Manage a small team of assistants including workflow, schedule performance reviews, food safety procedures, hiring, training and discipline.-Maintenance and cleanliness of R&D kitchen space. Ensure space is DOH compliant at all times. -
