Vision to create largest society on campus. Championing a team of eager professionals, I lead the development of many auspicious events. These included the bestselling Women in Business panel, supported by Ernst & Young and HSBC. In our second year, obtainment of sponsorship from Fidelity financed further developments for members such as a Q&A session with Chris Good, President of Esteé Lauder UK. Another, my personal favourite, an ‘Apprentice’ themed competition, judged by managers from HSBC, Unilever and PWC. Winners were rewarded with a development grant and received ongoing support from HSBC.

Responsible for providing excellent service, entertaining, guiding and serving the owners and guests as well ensuring the yacht is cleaned and kept in perfect condition. Very high standards up kept across the role duration. Role required a large amount of initiative, self-reliance and self-control.

Elected to represent the Universities JCR (Junior Common room) amongst a team of eight, as events and social secretary. Throughout the year we managed events for the six hundred students, living within halls, with a budget of close to £40,000, Complying with security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
