Led consolidation of Columbia Gas and Columbia Gulf, two organizations with very different corporate cultures, one a traditional transmission pipeline company the other a pseudo-distribution network for several municipalities in the Northeastern U.S. Led business development and outsourcing initiatives. Managed a 20-member project management/construction team. ➤ Led sourcing and bid analysis for $300M in annual capital expenditures, primarily for pipeline infrastructure. ➤ Defined a pipeline integrity execution plan to ensure compliance of aging pipeline infrastructure with federal Department of Transportation (DOT) and Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) regulations.
