Job Profile and Key Responsibilities• Presently working in PMO department under deployment for validating all requests for new build and sharing request from our clients both JV and Non-JVs.• We have around 6800 towers under operations which are shared by different OPCOs and our department maintain the feasibility of sharing according to Tower, Power and Space.• I am also directly reporting to Technology team in corporate on new technology implementation on running site.• Maintaining MIS of all 6800 sites under RAG and keep updating any changes & work on improving sites from red category to green sites.• Having client meeting with every Opcos in a month for their upcoming requirements and offering sites as required by them.• For our JV partners – Vodafone, Airtel & Idea we also build BSCs which are having requirement of power more than 30KW.• As a planner the key role is to maximise the business by keeping sites in Plug & Play ready for coming operators as sharing partners and look for any new site opportunity for our JV partners.• Also working on PE projects for improving Hygiene and Safety of running sites.

Job Profile and Key Responsibilities• Responsible for end to end project management activities entailing scheduling, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling for 40MW PV Solar Plant at Bap,Rajasthan. • Finalisation of Budget for new project on the inputs of Pre-sales department and tender documents. Preparation of Project documents – Business Case, Project charter, Margin Statement and Project Plan. • Development of land, topographical survey, setting up of site office, civil work and electrical installation of the DC and AC part as per contract with client.• Implementing necessary Quality Control system for ensuring high quality project completion & delivery to clients. • Complying with site safety guidelines. • Monitoring proper documentation for certification of work and inventory. • Vendor management and mobilisation. • Implementation of proper billing process in SAP.Achievements• The 40Mw NVVN plant was commissioned as per contract i.e., 26th February 2013. • Initially was responsible for delivery of 20Mw power plant to client Jakson Power Project Pvt. Ltd and become Project Manager for 40MW from April 2013 for Plant handover to client O&M team.• Manage four teams of around 20 on-roll staff, Site Manager-04 Nos. and 16 engineers both civil and electrical engineers for site development and monitoring.• Carried out Site Survey for MW project as requested by client Damodar Valley Corporation.• Also involved in execution and monitoring of Kilo-watt project in North-East state. Preparation of Project Schedule for both MW and KW projects in Microsoft Project 2010.The 40Mw Nvvn Solar PV plant has been handover to respective O&M team in April 2013. Also was member of execution team for implementation of SCADA for 40MW Plant.
