At RHI Magnesita, my focus is on leading the RTR service delivery of our Global Shared Services, ensuring excellence in financial close and reporting per Statutory and IFRS guidelines. Our KRA's also include digital transformation and continuous improvement, emphasizing how we can make a COE structure to build the foundation of growth and scalability of operations. This role also includes problem-solving and collaborating with other functions like P2P, OTC, etc, and allows them to succeed in their service delivery to improve overall results. My previous experience working in Genpact has helped me learn and manage complexities, situations, and issues the most effectively and this experience & exposure have been put to use effectively.My proven competencies include people management, service delivery, problem-solving, and continuous improvements, which have organically grown from experience collected from roles I played on the floor and outside. I feel proud to be associated with my supervisors, peers, colleagues, reportees, and friends who have helped me reach this level where I can see and perform better in pressure cooker situations.
