• Handling joining formalities of new joiners including filing, form filling, account opening etc. • Plan, organize, and ensure induction programs are conducted, devise the orientation plan for the new joiners.• Introduce and set the KRA for new joiners, design reporting system & assign mentor as per the respective department wise.• Involved in Performance Review process, defined all roles and developed role descriptions which are mapped against KRAs through daily reporting tracker system. • Handling Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management• Manage all day to day HR transaction for around 400 employees.• Implement, review, redesign and introduce HR policies. Keep a track of records to the procedures, processes, formats / forms in line with organizational goals • HR Administration & Employee Welfare• Employee engagement activities• Conducting employee satisfaction survey, designing reward and recognition scheme.

• Responsible for getting all the information updated on ERP for all the new joiner. ERP updation for the current employees like Supervisor Change, Location Change, updating the Separation Details, Hold Salary Updation. • Responsible for planning, coordinating and executive all HR activities Including HRMS updation, Payroll & non payroll updation, maintaining reports & trackers along with resolving queries / clarification for all employees /ex- employees.• Induction, Mentoring and coaching the new joiners in the team.• Coordinate with all the client relationship, collating the Payroll data for the entire client and updating it in ERP.• Help to Ex-employees for EPF withdrawal form and solving the queries related to the leave policy, Salary discrepancy, PF withdrawal and calculation of gratuity amount.• Attendance & Leave: Attendance & Leaves Report to all clients. • Grievance Redressal- Responding & resoling all queries received on the HR mailbox or HR helpdesk for employees across locations. Communicate most appropriate/ resolutions to the queries.• Responding & resolving queries received on the HRSS mailbox or HR helpdesk related to their salary, leave policy, medical policy, transfer policy etc from employees across locations.• Exit Interviews- Take exit interviews on the last working day of the employee. Dealing with the E-exit Interview forms and fetch out the reason behind their leaving the organization. Full and Final Settlement and issue the Letter accordingly.• Managing letters- Tenure letters, Agreement letters, Promotion letters, Relieving letters & Recovery letters, Address proof letters, Resignation acceptance letters etc.• MIS Reports - Attrition Reports, Headcount Reports, E-exist Interview Analysis Report, Defaulter Report and Attendance Reports for India and Manila. Analyzing various data points such as Attrition, Compensation, Grievance Management and providing appropriate observations.
