At Nublara Inc., I have spearheaded many projects. Most recent is SupportGenie.io. SupportGenie was founded with a mission to make Customer Service easy for hardware devices. SupportGenie has pioneered innovations in using augmented reality for remote visual assistance and in using computer vision to help automate and scale customer service.I was also CTO at Emergent Communications and was responsible for deliver of mission critical next generation 911 systems delivering accurate location, voice, video and text to a 911 call handler. The project started at Columbia University and I was responsible for the eventual commercialization and succesful deployment of the software.

I was one of the founders of Vonics, a leading residential VoIP provider around the world. I grew the team from 1 person to up to 15 people and revenues of up to a million dollars a month at its peak.

Staff software engineer at ebay. I was responsible for leading a team of developers in the Billing group at eBay. We were a small and dynamic team of less than 10 people managing software that handled billions of dollars of transactions.
