- Leading and coordinating entire Japan Fund for Prosperous and Resilient Asia and the Pacific team (comprising NGOs, consulting firms and work contractors) in implementing community development programs, particularly with women and persons with disability to ensure quality, coherence and efficiency of the services. - Coordination with multiple stakeholders including Asian Development Bank, Government of India and various NGOs as well as consulting firms towards ensuring participatory approach.- Overseeing and providing value-added inputs in efficient and effective planning and preparation of training modules for gender sensitization, employability skills and modus-operandi for gaining entrepreneurship among socially ostracized sections. - Overall coordinating, planning and monitoring progress of surveys, focused group discussions and other research work being undertaken as part of grant program.- To provide value-added inputs to the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) expert in developing action plans, guidelines, checklist and Gender-Friendly Workplace Policy (GFWP).- Undertaking market research and due-diligence to ensure quality and value for money in the procurement of goods for the program.- Preparing and consolidating reports from various teams on quarterly and annual basis and ensuring compliance with Asian Development Bank. - Monitoring the progress of the communications team in disseminating information related to program activities and media interactions including planning, rolling out and implementing social media outreach.

Institute for Gender Justice is dedicated towards the emancipation of the neglected sections of our society, particularly women in urban and rural areas. It is an expert institution in both gender study and rural work having a background of working with the United Nations, police and judicial organizations. In the last two decades, the Institute for Gender Justice has actively campaigned for gender budgeting of the PSU CSR funds, which resulted into emergence of a radical Public Sector Enterprises guideline on gender empowerment as one of the 12 priorities for government PSUs. Spearheaded Nirbhoy Gram Program aimed at empowering 3000 villages in Malda region of West Bengal – program to empower villagers economically and socially.- Developing alliances with the local government (from Panchayat leaders to the State Cabinet Ministers) in getting state policies implemented at the grassroot.- Single-handedly led the Project 6-16 focusing on empowering youth in the age range of 6-16 years by means of organizing year long training programs on issues pertaining to health, law, politics, govt engagement and career.- Managed shelter homes for homeless population and HIV infected abandoned women- Developed neighborhood watch schemes with the local villagers to assist the local police in alleviating crimes.
