At GGE being an Associative Creative Director was a creative leap for me. At GGE I lead a team of 2D & 3D designers and art directors. I am also active in ideation, planning and brainstorming with my team to produce path breaking work. Apart from working on day to day clients such as Asian Paint, Castrol, HUL, etc I am also involved with coming up with ideas that are presented at leading international award platforms. I take keen ownership in all my projects from sketching to final execution which often leads me to travel at ground zero for big clients.

To sum it up, it helped me flourish my ideation skills and keeping the team in sync.

At Showtime Events the major responsibility is looking after the aspects of design of all projects and leading it from ideation to execution. I initiated a different method of presenting exhibition stalls and sets through animation.

At Shobiz I started with the profile of a Multimedia designer. This includes exhibition design, stage design & making presentations. Working at Shobiz my leadership skills flourished and I brought many initiatives in the organization. I initiated making presentations on Prezi, a tool to make aesthetic and effective presentation. This simple initiative changes my organizations face and empowered Client Servicing Executives to make powerful pitches. I was also got involved in every aspect of Design right from Drafting to Setup which gave me a more practical and realistic side of business. At Shobiz I took leadership and complete ownership of work which really made my work more effective and help me become a better design professional

I have been working in the same industry since 5 years as a freelancer. worked for my respective client for their product advertisement which are broadcast on national television like English Guru, Sona Belt, Risihikesh Hair Oil, Hanuman Rakcha Kavach etc.I also worked in interior design and real-estate industry for their Architecture walk through and presentation.My respected clients are PCB Pune Nathan Construction Goa etc.I have worked for event and advertising sector as well worked on set design, exhibition design,BTL activities etc.

At MIDDS I worked as a 3D trainer/designer. I was entrusted with the task to undertake workshops and train a new breed of upcoming designers. This mastered my skills and gave me in-depth knowledge of the subject matter. I also worked as a designer where I worked on challenging projects which had to be delivered in strict deadlines. Thus working under pressure and gaining domain expertise was one of my key learning’s from the experience at MIDDS

At Telemart I was entrusted with the task of visualizing & creating product videos which were aired at National Television. My task involved sketching to final broadcasting of the videos. I also initiated V-Ray render and product animation into the organization which helped the organization immensely. Since all my work was aired nationally I had to be very cautious and this gave me the art of working with precision
