- Responsible to generate revenue by engaging and serving existing clients, handling their queries and complaints and by renewing and upgrading their existing services.-Systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.- Interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.- In this role I am responsible for key client retention, per key client revenue optimization & renewals.- Closely monitoring of work in progress, customer complaints and accounts receivables.- Ensure High Class Service delivery to identified key clients.- Achievement of weekly /Fort nightly/ monthly targets assigned.- Ensuring client retention / renewals.
