I have been in Franchisee business since last 11 years, in this tenure I have build a network of 22 active franchisees who are passionately, and happily working with me producing a growth-oriented result year to year. Last 3 years 2017 to 2019 we have been growing @ 30% every year. I had started my business from a Zero point with a capital investment of Rs. 1 Lakh which I had managed to get a loan from a bank in the year 2008 October at Guwahati, Assam, India. Which was not my home town neither my home state. I had migrated from Kolkata to Guwahati in the year 2006, September. I had taken the risk not to continue in private job anymore rather to start my own business. Las year turnover of my business reached to 2.2 crore annually. I have built a team of 22 Franchisee, 150 Teachers, 5 Master Trainers and 5 Office Colleagues who are working dedicatedly. I followed my Passion and listen to my heart, learning continuously, upgrading my inter personal skills through various training programme, being supportive towards my team members and Franchisee members, for sustaining in the business. The journey so far was not so smooth but very challenging as I am into an education or children skill development service-oriented business, where I hade to improve my own knowledge and communication skills on a high extend. I have been trying to explore new ideas and looking for creating an impact on people Globally, what I am experienced I can share and teach people to start their own franchisee business and nurture it successfully. I was born in a humble lower middle class Bengali family. My father was a Radio Mechanic and Mother a house wife. We were 6 brothers’ sisters. My parents had struggled extremely to feed us and to send us school. I studied in Vernacular medium Gov School. English was my major fear during my school and college days. But My strengths are I am a silent learner, may be introverted but a good observer, while patience is my winning mantra. I am investing a lot of money in my self-development mainly to upgrade my communication skills and learning business implementation strategies. My Vision is to coach and train people who struggle to establish themselves because lack of knowledge and communication skills.
