Sr Project Manager (Automotive Embedded)
CurrentMajor responsibilities are below:• Currently responsible for technical innovation & adoption, develop, deliver test automation solutions & frameworks for product & program teams globally. • Define, lead, coordinate and implement strategy to work towards holistic organization goals, collaborate across regions, product areas, and functions starting from Procurement (RFI, RFQ) to product development life cycle to delivery to automotive OEMs.• Member of organization's "Continuous Delivery - Transformation Strategy" team which is driving the long term vision, strategy towards efficiency & quality improvement of Embedded SW development processes for entire Org globally• Responsible for test automation deliveries for Telematics (Linux), Infotainment (Android), Digital Cockpit (QNX, Linux RT) products & programs India, EU, NA, Japan, Chain automotive OEMs in current role. • Supervise teams spread across global locations in India, China, Romania, Germany & North America. • Involve closely with engineering, domain, test teams to determine the best technical implementation & tool chains for automation, methods as define the acceptance criteria & schedule.• Ensures adequate test automation coverage achieved, product builds are defect less & release ready to customer or broader audience.• Ensures test automation scripts available, deployed in all stages of product life cycle, providing impactful contribution towards quality roadmap & compliance with ASPICE audit process• Ensures delivery velocity with cross geography teams, test bench establishment, skill upgradation via trainings etc
