On-site Engineering and Reliability support for supply chain logistics PBH/FHS component support for Flydubai (Boeing 737NG & 737MAX fleet)• Ensure Customer MRO PBH/FHS Supply Management contracts are dealt with technical expertise and knowledge to assist the customer in achieving high levels of proficiency in the operation and maintenance of component support program.• Develop retrofit plans and monitoring fleet performance on specific reliability projects, creating supply chain test plans, laying out specific work scope requirements, and specific repair order instructions as required to Improve Reliability of aircraft components.• Perform research and lead discussion with component manufacturers and operators to develop innovative and effective solutions to increase reliability and/or save cost on repair schemes.• Liaise with OEMs and internal AAR MRO team (engineering, quality, safety & maintenance) to include the coordination of technical support activities and be the focal point of inter-group communications to identify and resolve component operation/engineering technical issues to meet supply demands.• Generate business cases and cost/benefit analyses of modifications and other maintenance recommendations.• MTBUR, MTBF and URR Analysis of Reliability and Availability to meet product ILS requirement and provisioning analysis.• Study the failure mode of the sub-assemblies and identify the root cause and provide recommendations to improve the product life cycle with the OEMs.• Lead research on a wide range of complex technical, operational, and quality issues with the MRO suppliers.• Create presentations for key internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership, suppliers and the customer for any identified aircraft system or parts that has a high failure rate for OEM improvements.

•Develop and maintain Aircraft Maintenance Programs (AMP) based on OEM maintenance requirements and Technical Publications. Creation of work package, work scope and all related MO codes in AADMIS. •Build Aircraft/Sub-Systems Master Configurations and Unit Configurations.• Ensure that all tracked parts, Hard Time components, TCIs, Life Limited parts and serialized repair items are included in Aircraft Configuration. Preparation of maintenance plan of HT components and LLPs.•Review of Short Term Scheduled Maintenance plan and Long Term Scheduled Maintenance plan.•Control and assessment of all Airworthiness requirements, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), AOTs, OTIs and Service Letters etc. & other CAMO documents for applicability. • Planning of SBs, ADs and all other service documents. Monitoring of LMOs and OTIs across all fleets. •Review Engineering Orders (EO) and modifications (MOD) requirements and A/C life extension programs in form of Maintenance requirements to update the maintenance plan. • Tracking of aircraft repetitive defect, evaluation of reliability report & solution planning to support customer KPIs. •Develop and enhance processes and procedures to ensure and improve Aircraft Systems Reliability. Direct support to Operations, Planning, SCM and higher management to provide Technical & Managerial support. • Communication with Aircraft and Component manufacturer / Vendors for related queries and support. •Implementation (Induction & Sustainment) of all the above requirements into Aviation Software (AADMIS/CMRO) for the purpose of control/monitor maintenance activities and establish cost reduction solutions.

Support the implementation of the AS9110 Standards for AMMROC.• Responsible for AS9110 required, Management Reviews.• Conduct internal audits; report on the performance of the Internal Audit Program and resolution processes in line with the requirements of both Company and Regulatory body.• Identify and recommend improvements to the quality function processes and procedures.• Preparation / Amendment / revision of inspection schedules, maintenance program etc.• Assisting the Sr. Manager Quality with the Gap analysis to AS9110 standards.• Oversee the initiation, requests for and the follow-up of corrective/preventive actions internal/external audits findings.• Maintain maintenance authorizations of the all technical staff in compliance with AS9110 standards.• Together with the Sr. Manager Quality and other Quality managers, oversee the Company AS9110 program.
