Project descriptionTrade Edge platform, Basically handle end to end process starting from the framework to require to on-board new retailers, load the files provided by different retailers till that reports required by the client for data forecasting. It also provide couple of intermediate layer one of them is used to handle the current data (past 45 days) and one is used as an data warehouse to store past 3-5 years of data. Responsibilities:Below are my primary roles as Product integration engineer:• Working on SQL Server 2008 and develop the stored procedures to load the data as per the client requirement.• Writing Automation Jobs to automate the manual and repeating activities and schedule the job in task scheduler either by using SQL or by using BATCH script.• Working on the Change request (CR) raised by the client to make any changes in the existing set up.• Working with the downstream to solve the any issue raised by the customer or user regarding product or data loading.• Responsible for end to end development while on-boarding any new retailer also preformed testing of other modules developed by other team members.• Perform unit testing on the code developed by me and team. • Handling Weekly client calls and get the new requirement if any also if any changes needs required in current product.
