Tarun is a tenured Project Leader at BCG with case experience across Enterprise Tech and Fintech industries across a variety of strategy (e.g., GTM, growth, new product) and operation topics (e.g., rapid turnaround, sales enablement, incentive design, org design, launch PMO, S&OP overhaul). Tarun completed his MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University where he received a Merit Scholarship, and earned Strategy and Marketing Majors. He was active in D&I initiatives, Operations Club and Dean's Consulting Alliance.Pre MBA, Tarun worked at Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) where he supported Government of India's $500M Tuberculosis (TB) control program. His efforts were key in defining the ministry's National Strategic Plan for TB Elimination, overhauling guidelines for drug-resistant TB, and conceptualizing and winning funds for CHAI's $40M Project JEET (targeting 1.5M lives saved over 2018-20).Prior to CHAI, Tarun was part of J.P. Morgan's Investment Banking practice in Mumbai and Hong Kong with focus on Private Equity backed transactions (HKBN IPO, CVC PE, $750M; STP's tower acquisition financing, Carlyle PE, $460M). In his second year at JPM, he worked extensively with technology clients, including IPO prep for an unicorn start-up. He was active in workplace initiatives, such as launching committee for redressal of employee grievances, and AccessAbility.Tarun earned his Engineering degree at Delhi College of Engineering, specializing in Environmental Engineering where he co-founded GoGreen@DTU - a student society focused on promoting sustainability on campus. He interned at EDS - a boutique energy efficiency consulting firm.
