--Primary responsibility is to act as a liaison between the body shop floor personnel, controls team, and design engineering team. Attend stand-up meetings with all the respective engineering teams to manage the workflow. Fostered a collaboration between customer and cross-functional teams to ensure safe project flow which reduces the bridge gap. Facilitating any group of individuals to understand the Scope, SOW, Timeline, Deliverables, Engineering Change Requests, handling the build issues, and project management from start to end.--Typical responsibility is to be self-directed in understanding the assigned project scope and develop continuous improvement plans by validating them with the management. Analyze the data received from suppliers and validate the processes with the past lessons-learned and current trends.--Orchestrated action plans to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to the manufacturing processes.
