I held positions as Director of New Zealand operations, Chief Financial Officer, Business Development Manager, Strategic Planning Manager and Commercial Business Manager.Key achievements at Fosters Group include:• Acquisition programme for growth: As New Zealand Director, I led an ambitious six-year acquisition and integration programme, through which Fosters Group ultimately acquired a combined capital value in excess of $80 million with core businesses extended to include packaging, wine production, wine companies and vineyards via the acquisition of companies including Matua Wines, SouthCorp Wines, Carters Packaging, North Bank Estate and Ponder Estate;• Strategic review: As Chief Financial Officer, I lead a strategic review of the business, which resulted in the divestment of 12 underperforming brands, a restructuring of product pricing, delivering an additional 18% growth in profitability for year one and targeted 86% growth in profitability by year three.
