I am a Sr Member of Technical Staff at ARTPARK. In my current role, I am involved in epidemiological modeling and related tasks of data preprocessing and setting up and automating model pipelines. Currently, I am focusing on dengue.I am interested in analyzing data, building models, and generating insights from the data, and have experience in data analysis and modeling from domains such as energy, transportation, epidemiology, etc. Previously, I have worked at Wipro Technologies and Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bengaluru. At IISc, I worked on disaggregation of household energy consumption, and understanding the relationship of wastewater viral load with SARS-Cov-2 disease cases.I have a background in electronics and communication engineering, and VLSI design. Later, I completed MTech (Research) from Robert Bosch Centre for Cyber-Physical Systems (RBCCPS) at IISc Bengaluru, where I analyzed activity and demographic survey data of people (pilgrim groups), and built behavioral models to understand and explain the factors influencing activity choices and durations. Such type of models can also be applied to analyze and build models for consumer choice. In my coursework, I also analyzed and built models using datasets from transportation networks, astronomy, sports, social network, genomics, and neuroscience. I have always had an inclination towards applying any learning to practice. My background in electrical engineering and hands-on experience with different real-world datasets help me in solving problems.Outside of work, I love to play sports (basketball in particular), watch movies, listen to music, click photographs, etc.
