Current* Providing complete accounting solutions to client and perform responsibility as per client agreement.* Assisting in finalizations of Income Statement, Balance sheet & Cash flow statement.* Managing and reconciliations of debtors and creditors, calculation of interest if party exceeded the credit limit, Calculation of Bad debt/Provision for Bad debt etc. of client.* Maintaining Proper Accounts, invoice processing, E waybill, E invoices credit note of parties, Reconciliations of Bank Account of clients.* Managing Account payable and receivable, ensuring payments are made to suppliers within stipulated time frame and within pre-set parameters.* Managing cash & bank transactions and Payment processing.* Reconciliations of Vender Ledger and follow-up for payment and calculate interest amount after credit period.* Auditing of General ledger, Fixed asset, calculation of Depreciation/Provision for Depreciation.* Offering accurate level of costing information to the Management Team; assisting in payroll administration and ensuring successful transfer of salaries.* Finalization of EPFO & ESIC amount, Generating Challans and payments.* Filling timely GST Returns, Like GST R1 & GST R 3B, GST Reconciliations from GST R 2B & GST R 2A, Payment of output liabilities, Adjustment from GST ITC ledger.* TDS payment and filling returns.
