I possess extensive experience running large, complex businesses and turning them around to achieve ambitious operational and financial goals. I have accomplished this across a variety of industries, serving a wide array of end-customer segments. These ambitious undertakings have had significant, some existential, challenges prior to my tenure - either entirely new areas for the company or existing areas where the industry has changed drastically. In either case, the product and executive teams are at a loss as to how to meet Board level demands for growth in revenue and profits.
